What happens next

Three steps, then your phone rings

  1. 01

    Tell us about the project

One short form. Pick the category, say how many estimates you want, and add anything we should pass along.

  2. 02

    We match you to advertisers

You are matched with the companies that hold that category in your zone — the same ones printed in the issue that lands in your mailbox.

  3. 03

    They contact you directly

Up to three companies reach out to schedule. You compare, you choose, and there is no obligation to hire any of them.

Why homeowners start here

  • 100% local. Every company in the magazine works in Middle Tennessee. No national call centres, no lead brokers reselling your details.
  • Vetted before they print. Advertisers are reviewed for licensing, insurance and customer reputation before they are accepted into an issue.
  • No-obligation bids. Estimates are free and carry no commitment. Take all three, take one, or take none.
  • Zero searching. One form instead of an afternoon of review sites, and the shortlist comes back to you.

Good to know

Before you submit

How much does it cost to get estimates?

Nothing. There is no fee to a homeowner at any point, and no obligation to hire. The contractors who advertise in Nashville Home Pros Magazine pay for the magazine, and the matching service comes with their contract.

How long does the form take?

About a minute. Name, contact details, the category of work, and anything you want to add about scope or timing. The more you tell us, the better prepared the contractor is when they call.

What happens after I submit?

Your request routes to the advertisers holding your category in your mailing zone. They contact you directly to schedule a walkthrough. Most homeowners hear from the first company within one business day.

Will I be put on a marketing list?

No. Your details go to the matched contractors and to Terry McCarthy at Nashville Home Pros. They are not sold to lead brokers, aggregators, or anyone else.

What if my project is not on the list?

Choose "Other / Not Sure" and describe it in the message box. Between the two editions we work with companies across most residential trades, and if we do not have someone we will tell you rather than pass you to a stranger.

Can I request just one estimate?

Yes. Choose one, two or three. Three is the default because a spread of three written bids is the clearest way to know whether a price is normal for the Middle Tennessee market.

Do you cover my address?

We mail to 180,000 owner-occupied homes across 34 communities in 9 Middle Tennessee counties. If you are inside the metro there is a good chance you are covered — the full list is on the coverage page.
