Specification questions

What are the print ad dimensions?

Full page is 8.5" × 11", half page is 8.5" × 5.5" in horizontal or vertical orientation, and quarter page is 4.25" × 5.5". Front and back cover positions are also available and are limited to one advertiser per zone, per issue.

What size are the postcards?

Two sizes: 6" × 11" and 5" × 8.25". Postcards mail separately from the magazine and are offered to contract advertisers at half the standard rate.

What is a pop-out insert?

A detachable insert bound into the magazine — designed for a coupon, a seasonal offer or a single product highlight that a reader can tear out and keep. Availability is limited to one pop-out insert per magazine, per issue.

When is artwork due?

Three weeks before each in-home mail date. Payment is due prior to each mail date, and proofs are approved by you before anything goes to press.

Do I have to supply finished artwork?

No. Give us an idea of what the ad should say and our team designs it in-house at no additional charge. You review and approve every proof before it prints.

How is the circulation verified?

The magazine is mailed to 180,000 owner-occupied, single-family homes across 34 Middle Tennessee communities. Renters, apartments and commercial addresses are excluded — that is the publisher's stated guarantee.

Build a plan against your budget

There is no published rate card, because a quarter page in one zone and a cover position in both are not the same conversation. Tell Terry what you are trying to accomplish and he will put a plan against it.

Request rates

Only two advertisers per category, per zone. Terry will confirm whether yours is still open — usually the same day. Or call (615) 551-5184.
