Coverage questions

Which cities does Nashville Home Pros Magazine reach?

34 communities across 9 Middle Tennessee counties: Arrington, Bell Buckle, Belle Meade, Bellevue, Brentwood, Castalian Springs, Christiana, College Grove, Eagleville, Forest Hills, Fosterville, Franklin, Gallatin, Gladeville, Goodlettsville, Hendersonville, Kingston Springs, LaVergne, Lascassas, Lebanon, Milton, Mt. Juliet, Murfreesboro, Nolensville, Pegram, Rockvale, Smyrna, South Nashville, Spring Hill, Thompson's Station, Walter Hill, Watertown, West Nashville, White House.

How do I know which zone I am in?

Roughly, Interstate 65 and the Cumberland split the metro. South / West covers Williamson County and the west side of Davidson — Franklin, Brentwood, Belle Meade, Forest Hills, Nolensville, Spring Hill. North / East covers Sumner, Wilson and Rutherford — Hendersonville, Gallatin, Mt. Juliet, Lebanon, Murfreesboro, Smyrna.

Who receives the magazine?

Owner-occupied, single-family homes only — that is the publisher's stated guarantee. Renters, apartments and commercial addresses are not on the route, which is why the circulation is smaller than the metro population and considerably more useful to a contractor.

When does the next issue arrive?

In-home dates for 2026 are February 16, March 16, April 20, May 18, June 15, July 20, August 17, September 14, October 12, November 16. The November issue covers both November and December. Dates are approximate and subject to change.

My street is not on the list. Can I still use the service?

Yes. The free estimate service is open to anyone in the Greater Nashville area, whether or not the magazine reaches your mailbox. If you are outside both zones we will tell you honestly whether we have someone who covers you. Call (615) 551-5184 if you are not sure.

Can an advertiser choose just one zone?

Yes. Advertisers can buy the South / West edition, the North / East edition, or both. Companies with a narrow service radius usually take one; companies working the whole metro take both.
