Privacy policy
Plain English, because the short version matters more than the long one: we pass your project details to the contractors you asked for, and we do not sell them to anyone else.

What we collect
When you submit a form on this site we collect the details you type into it: your name, email address, phone number, the project address or city if you provide one, the project category, the number of estimates you want, and anything you write in the message field. Advertiser enquiry forms also collect your company name, category and zone of interest.
We do not require an account, and we do not ask for financial information, government identification numbers, or any other sensitive data anywhere on this site.
Why we collect it
To do the one thing you asked for: connect you with contractors, or connect a contractor with our advertising team. Homeowner submissions are passed to the vetted advertisers holding your selected category in your mailing zone so they can contact you about your project. Advertiser submissions go to Terry McCarthy so he can respond about availability and rates.
Who we share it with
Homeowner project details are shared with the matched advertisers in your category and zone, and with Nashville Home Pros Magazine. That is the entire list.
We do not sell your information. We do not pass it to lead brokers, aggregators, or data marketplaces, and we do not auction the same request to a wider pool of companies. Once a matched contractor has your details, their own privacy practices govern how they use them, and you should ask them directly if that matters to you.
Form processing
Forms on this site are transmitted through FormSubmit, a third-party form relay, which delivers the submission to the publisher's email inbox. FormSubmit processes the message in transit; it is not used to build a marketing list.
Analytics and cookies
This site does not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking pixels, or behavioural retargeting. If standard website analytics are enabled, they are used only to understand aggregate traffic patterns — which pages are read, on what kind of device — and not to identify you personally.
How long we keep it
Project requests are retained for as long as they are useful for servicing the enquiry and for the publisher's own records. If you want your details removed, ask and we will remove them.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to tell you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. You can also ask a matched contractor to stop contacting you — and if one does not respect that, tell us, because that is exactly the kind of thing that costs a company its place in the magazine.
Children
This site is intended for homeowners and business owners. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the updated version will be posted here with a new date at the top.
