What is actually inside
Nashville Home Pros Magazine showcases the top home services companies in the greater Nashville area and provides a single conduit to connect with them. It is not a coupon book and it is not an open directory — each category carries a small, fixed number of companies, and every one of them is reviewed for licensing, insurance and reputation before an ad is accepted.
Behind the front cover sit full-page and half-page advertisers across roofing, remodelling, mechanical, outdoor living and the rest of the residential trades, plus a home services directory at the back. Whichever edition reaches your street, the companies inside are working within a short drive of it.

How do I read the current issue online?
Open the edition for your zone above. Both the South / West and North / East editions of the August 2026 issue are published here in full, exactly as printed, and they open in a browser on a phone or a desktop.

Read the one that matches your address. South / West covers Franklin, Brentwood, Belle Meade, Nolensville, Spring Hill and the west side of Davidson County. North / East covers Hendersonville, Gallatin, Mt. Juliet, Lebanon, Murfreesboro, Smyrna and White House.
How often is Nashville Home Pros Magazine published?
10 issues a year, mailed to more than 180,000 owner-occupied homes across 9 Middle Tennessee counties. The November and December issues are combined.
I did not receive an issue. Can I get one?
The mailing list is built from owner-occupied, single-family addresses inside the two zones, so not every address in the metro receives one. The full issue is always published here at no cost, and you can call Terry at (615) 551-5184 if you think your street should be on the route.
Can I contact a company I saw in the magazine?
Yes — every ad carries the company's own phone number, and you are welcome to call them directly. If you would rather compare a few options first, the free estimate form matches you with up to three of them at once.
