Three co-founders and a team page with every name
The About page puts three people at the top: Todd Massey, president; Ryan Sulikowski, chief marketing officer; and Dylan Lynch, chief operating officer, each listed as a co-founder. Below them it names the rest of the company, 76 people from estimators and project managers to installers and the office, sorted the way the work is sorted (Three Stone, About). The Better Business Bureau has Three Stone Roofing at Tower Circle in Franklin, with a business start date of July 1, 2023, an A+ rating and accreditation since June 20, 2024 (Better Business Bureau, Three Stone Roofing).
Roofs first, then the rest of the outside
Roofing is the lead. The company shingles in CertainTeed Landmark and GAF Timberline HDZ, does composite slate, shake and barrel tile from BRAVA, standing seam metal, and TPO or EPDM on low-slope sections, and every job starts with a free inspection photographed elevation by elevation, the report yours to keep either way (Three Stone, Roofing).
- Gutters: seamless aluminum rolled on site to the length of each run, in 5- or 6-inch K-style, or copper where the house suits it; the company puts its pace at more than 500 installs a year (Three Stone, Gutters).
- Siding: James Hardie fiber cement in lap, board-and-batten and shingle profiles, and Norandex vinyl (Three Stone, Siding).

What the badges on a quote mean
A roof carries two warranties, one on the shingles and one on the labor, and a contractor’s certifications decide which versions can be registered. Three Stone says it holds CertainTeed’s ShingleMaster Premier level, which lets it register the SureStart PLUS extension and a workmanship warranty issued by CertainTeed itself, and GAF’s Certified Plus tier; on siding, James Hardie Select status carries the 30-year product and 15-year ColorPlus finish warranties (Three Stone, About, Three Stone, Siding). The questions for the first visit: which of those your estimate includes, in writing, and the registration papers when the crew leaves.
Where they work
The office is in Franklin, on the South / West side, but the company’s area list reads like the North / East mailing list: Hendersonville, Gallatin, Goodlettsville, Lebanon, Mt. Juliet, Murfreesboro, Smyrna and La Vergne, along with Nashville, Clarksville and a run of North Alabama towns from Huntsville to Cullman (Three Stone, Service Areas).
