The South / West edition: Franklin, Brentwood, Belle Meade and the hills south of town
Fifteen towns in Williamson, Davidson, Cheatham, Maury and Rutherford counties — the zone with the higher median home value of the two.
The South / West zone is Zone 1 on the magazine’s map: 70,000 homes in 15 towns, with a median property value of $895K and a median household income of $165K, both the higher of the two zones.
Williamson County holds most of it. Franklin, Brentwood, Nolensville, Arrington, College Grove and Thompson’s Station are all on the list, and Spring Hill comes in across the Maury line. Inside Davidson the zone takes the west and south of the city — Belle Meade, Forest Hills, Bellevue, West Nashville and South Nashville — and it reaches west to Pegram and Kingston Springs in Cheatham County. Eagleville is the one Rutherford County town on this side.
The September 2026 South / West issue shows who buys this edition. LawnValue, a landscaping and irrigation company, had the front cover and Mr. Enclosure the back; inside were companies the North / East directory doesn’t carry at all, among them Light It Up for landscape lighting, Sanctuary Land Services for excavation and land clearing, and The Grout Medic from Williamson County.
A company that only works this side of town — a Franklin landscaper, a Brentwood remodeler — can buy this edition on its own. Its two spots per trade are separate from the North / East edition’s, so a heading that is full on one side of town can be open here.
